You can control the way Dolby Digital sound is used in Windows Media Player by using the "Dolby Digital settings" control, shown in Figure 8-23. You can set Normal sound to reduce the audio range for a quieter listening experience, Night sound to increase dialog while reducing other sounds, or Theater sound to increase the dynamic range for all sounds. These settings only apply to content encoding with Dolby Digital.
